Unable to get in contact with mtn

I am unable to load airtime or data for 3 days now, there is no way to get hold of a agent to assist. I contacted my nearest store explained my situation they explained i need to get my sim reset which has to be done via the call center so i need to call them when i do so on any of the numbers given it says sorry the contact center is closed. now how am i suppose to sort this out if there is no way of getting holding of mtn? please could someone assist me. my number ***
