Unable to get hold of accounts department
<p>I recently checked my ITC report and saw there is an account from MTN with an amount of R55k outstanding which I did not open. This is obviously a big problem. I'm now trying to get hold of someone at MTN that can assist in getting this resolved but because I don't have an MTN phone number (just the account number listed on ITC (A ********** ), I can't get through to the accounts department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems like MTN has gone out of their way to make sure you are not able to speak to a human when phoning their customer service number.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really need help getting this resolved ASAP!</p>

Took many many phone calls from my side to finally get this resolved. Do yourself a favor, take a non-MTN phone and try to get through to anyone in the legal or accounts department. It's impossible.
