Unable to get answer at callcenter
Called call center to query my account.<br> Self help option says they cannot help , hold for operator.<br> Operator automated response says call center closed use self help.<br> <br> Logged query on their website , no response.<br> <br> How in the world am I supposed to get assistance ??
