unable to deliver the product as advertise
I have app**** for an Experia e4 since early July 2015 at MTN Sunnypark and to date I am still being told there is no stock available. How does MTN then advertise a phone in July and advertise it again in august knowing very well that they don't have a stock. I want my phone and I can't wait for two month or three months before I receive the phone from Mtn.Where is customer services. Stop advertising services or goods that you can't provide. That is false advertising.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
Kindly note that we are at the mercy of manufacturer when it comes to the releasing of stock to different regions.
We know that the the Sony Xperia E4 is a popular model and has been selling fast through all outlets and our Sales Department. We've now enquired with the store in East Rand Mall if they have stock of the device and if they have stock to reverse for yourself.
We will touch base with you as soon as we get some feedback on the escalation done.
