unable to change credit limit
My cellphone account was previously with Nashua Mobile but was moved to MTN when the former closed shop.

On being transferred to MTN, my credit limit was reduced to a ridiculously low amount.

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to have the limit increased to even half of what it was before.

MTN customer service sucks!!! Try calling them, you get put on endless hold before the call eventually drops!!

If nobody gets back to me soon, I'll seriously consider moving to Vodacom.
