Unable to cancel my MTN subscription

<p>I am unable to cancel my MTN subscription as the Retentions department on the 808 MTN SP support line doesn't pick up.</p> <p>I even went so far as to go to a shop where I was told the only way to cancel a subscription was through the call centre</p>
