Unable to cancel my expired contract

My contract has expired in August and up until now I've been trying to get it cancelled with no luck. Emails on emails, no one picks up if you call, does this company still exist? This should be a crime as they are *****ing from me. I'm considering to just block the debit order. They dont reply on Hellopeter so doubt this will achieve anything.
