Unable to cancel my data contract

I upgraded my data contract yesterday, ref#: *** and later in the evening I learnt that the router is lost as it's been used by my daughter. Since this morning I have been calling MTN Retentions and able to get through. But the consultants has been unable to help me reverse the upgrade and cancel the contract. Very poor service from MTN
