Unable to cancel MTN Contract

I am sick and tired with MTN. To say I'm ****ed is an understatement. MTN is a ****. I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 3 months with no success. All I experience is ***** of consultants, one person says this and the next says something else. I have been promised a recording of one of my calls, but nothing. Not that it matters. I just want to cancel my contract and let go of these ********. Is that too much to ask for?
