UNABLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT- MTN DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS

This contract is about to expire. To cancel a contract (as per the MTN website) you need to send an email to start the process. We have sent 4 emails now to cancel this contract- MTN does not answer the emails!
