Unable to cancel contract fairly.

The customer service at MTN is shocking. I have been trying to cancel my contract as I am emigrating, however, every time I try to get information on cancellation fees, I get different answers and different amounts. After been on a contract for 24 of 36 months, the cancellation fees are about 25% more than the actual costs of the contract. I have asked for an explanation, but service “champions” ignore me or disconnect the call.
