Unable to cancel contract due to ********** activity on my account, which is reflecting as arrears on my profile

I have been calling mtn endlessly to cancel x 2 lines. I hold on for more than 30 minutes before someone actually answers the call. Then told to speak to the legal department but they can not transfer me nor give me an alternative number.

********** activity occurred on my profile which resulted in the amount reflected against my account, why shoul I be penalized.

If Mtn cares anything about customer service they will contact me and assist.
