unable to cancel contract

zero stars for useles service, Did anyone ever actually speak to agent to agent to cancel a contract? i tried to contact them via telephone and spend over 5hrs on the phone so *****heir service is terrible. no one anwers the call centre phones, the branches cannot assist aswell. the emails dont work aswell, I have been trying to cancel a contract for few months now.They just keep debiting you and no one can help.
