Unable to cancel contract

It has taken 3 weeks to try to cancel my contract without success. Have been on hold with customer support multiple times without resolving the situation. I've been on hold for so long that I've run out of minutes on two occasions. Email response time is terrible, currently at a week waiting for a response from Retentions. I've already paid the cancellation fee but was billed the last month.
