Unable to cancel contract
I have been phoning 808 endlessly for the last week with no response. So I decided to visit the Kolonade branch in Pretoria last Sunday to give one month notice to cancel my contract. I was informed that this can not be done at a branch, but only through the call centre. So I told them that there is no answer and was informed MTN is on strike. Of course this led to the new question, \If I can't cancel my contract in time
