Unable to cancel contract

<p>I've now been trying for almost two weeks to contact MTN to cancel my contract with them. The moment that I say that I want to cancel the contract I get put into an endless calls to talk to "retentions". If I say I want to upgrade then everybody is more than willing to talk to me. I've been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and I'm cancelling becuase I am no longer in the country, but it is very clear that the loyalty was only coming from one side. I was planning on taking out another contract with them when I return to South Africa in a couple of years, but this experience is definitely making up my mind to go to an alternative provider.</p>
