Unable to cancel contract

I've been trying to contact the MTN cancellations department to no avail. You are transferred to the cancellations department and will literally wait for an hour and still no help. I've emailed the cancellation request as well and still have not received a response.

Very unhappy with the service rendered by MTN. Easy to open a contract but when the term comes to an end it seems virtually impossible to cancel.
