Unable to Cancel Business Data account

After struggling for 34 minutes to try and get one of my business data accounts cancelled the agent drops my call

the number used was *** The cancelations agents obviously is not office bound as as soon as the call w as transferred to her there are line quality issues

Can some one have the decency to contact me so this transaction can be resolved
