Unable to cancel a contract

So we are unable to get hold of MTN telephonically. After endless calls on the 12 June 2020 I send a request via Twitter and email to cancel my contract. It expires in July. Details are as follows:

I was told the request has been logged. I need to understand why was my account debited today. Is this contract not terminated. My contact number is ***.
