unable to block a ****** cellphone!!!

CAN NOT BLOCK ****** CELLPHONE ref ********** 03

After my mothers cellphone was ******, mtn (Kgomosto Mspe) was not able to block the cellphone itself. I gave him the serial number, but he was not able to block the phone. Another company (Natshure) has to do it and could not block it. Thus the person ********ly in possession of her phone has MTN and Natshure's passive support to use the ****** phone!!!
