Unable to activate SIM card

It has been five weeks now since my cell phone is not working. After a whole month Mtn finally anounced that they fixed the problem, yet not my number. After visiting Norwood mall shop they requested me to apply for the new SIM card ( my time, paper work, costs) and a new sim was issued, On Wednesday last week. Today is Saturday and even though I intervened on Friday, SIM card has not been activated as yet. Mtn doesn't even care about customers, how else to explain FIVE weeks without a service?

Is there a single soul ready to do something?
