Unable to access assistance

After having a contract with mtn since 2002 . I am now extremely disappointed with their services . I am trying to apply for an upgrade and left listening to music for an extended length of time . I was considering cancellation . That seems to be best route as their is no access to upgrade. Extremely bad service. Obviously don't need customers as a client for many years . Extremely disappointed
