<p>i was Smahed and Grabed Friday, my Phone was ****** out of my Car. i have been strugeling since Friday 11/11/16 to get thru to the Insurance department.. the Itemised call system is a JOKE!!!! to say the least, i have been holding for 10min at least per call then you just get disconnected. when you phone MTN Direct they just put you through to the same freaking call centre. this is Ridicules.</p> <p>Bolew is the comment when you submit your claim via there Insurance Queries Mail.. </p> <p>"Due to a temporary issue that we are addressing, our current turnaround time is unfortunately up to 5 days, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience"</p> <p>THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE, and they are underwrittin by Guard Risk...</p>

15 Nov 2016, 12:43Ok so I think I have Exhausted every posible angle to get hold of MTN Insurance, Facebook -Twitter-Email and Phone, Mike Rep**** 16 Hours ago, and no one has made contact with me.. I am so freaking disappointed and to think that I backed you o so many ocasions...I can not discribe my disapointment in your customer service, and the best of all is that I can not talk to anyone about this... you do not allow the public to speak to a Representative. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING........ I will keep on smearing your name in Public until this has been resolved...

Ok so I think I have Exhausted every posible angle to get hold of MTN Insurance, Facebook -Twitter-Email and Phone, Mike Rep**** 16 Hours ago, and no one has made contact with me.. I am so freaking disappointed and to think that I backed you o so many ocasions...I can not discribe my disapointment in your customer service, and the best of all is that I can not talk to anyone about this... you do not allow the public to speak to a Representative.
