The Outsource company called Digital Planet working with MNT called early this Month. They offered me A contract for a Laptop a brand called Mecer. For R199.

It was delivered to me on the 10th of November. So 2 days after i realised it is not what we agreed on. The Consultant from Digital Planet goes by the name of Moeketsi. Shes the 1 who contacted me and offered this contract to me. Then she said the device is coming with 1TB HDD and Processor is I3. But what was delivered to me the brand is correct however the fixters are incorrect. The HDD is 57GB and the processor is Intel celeron.

So i called them back to let them know. It took me 4 days before i was abke to speak to Moeketsi again. Then after we spoke she promised to get back to me on the same day. She never did. Until again i called them on the number ***. Then they sent an email and she called me and she promised to log a fault and they will come collect the device from me on the 29th of November since it was a mistake then they will send a correct 1 to me.

Until now nothing is happening so what disguast me the most is i have to fone them and when i call i cant get ro speak to some1 and no progress. The service from MTN is Horrible and It Disguisting..

All i want is what was promised to me over the phone since calls are recorded as well well some1 to come collect this because should anything happen i will be hold liable for it.. and i promise if this is not sorted bu friday i no longer care and No 1 will get to my money.
