Un fair treatment at mtn

I wented to apply for the new MTN contract Sim at kathu northern cape and I asked for required documents to open the contract they told me 3 months bank statement and payslip, I went to take all the required documents. When I come back I waited for 10 minutes no one assisting me, I left to near shop to buy water for for 2 minutes. When I get back I find them assist someone but which is not fair.

Then I waited again when they assisted me they told me they can't assist me because my finger prints can't be detected.
