Un-explainable billing
My cell phone bill has gone up to R2000 all of a sudden when my contract is coming to an end. I have tried numerous times to phone MTN so that they can explain why this is the case and for them to show me where is this bill coming from without any luck, i went to the MTN branch in maponya, they couldn't help, they said i must phone 808. I have paid half of the money so that at least my name is not listed with credit bureau but i need an explanation of what is happening with this account and want it closed because this contract has ended. I don't understand how my bill can go up so high just towards the end of the contract.
