Un-comparable location

I have app**** for sim card with the router and it was delivered to me on the 6th February but to my surprise when I was trying to activate the the sim card I was told to allocate one location to use it from. I app**** for the router for business use and I don't stay in one place so it is not wise for me to continue with this sim card I want to cancel it myb get something that will nit limit me. haven't used it and it hasn't been active since the delivery.
