Un blocking of the phone.

When I lost my phone it was on contract and blocked it as such. I managed to locate and find my phone. I was told to send id, proof of ownership and affidavit. Wich I did. I've been waiting for more than 21days for them to unlock my phone with no positive results. I called today now I'm being send from contract to not so friendly pre paid consultant.

I don't need much but for my phone to be unblocked.
