UN-BLACKLISTING A PHONE

I reported my iphone 6 lost, and requested it to be blacklisted. i reported it found on the 16 November 2015 send in all proper documents they requested.<br> <br> till today no response. when i contact customer care, everyone ask me to send in the documents .they will take it from there. nothing happened. i have been taken from Pillar to Post. i have email and re-emailed, i have faxed and i have visited MTN shop who told they only deal with contracts<br> <br> this is an iphone 6, of which i paid alot of money to be gathering Dust. if they are failing to unblacklist it. i request for a replacement iphone 6/<br> <br>

Please note, the documents faxed to us were incomplete (ID copy not certified and no proof of purchase provided) hence there was a delay with removing the blacklist on your handset. Please provide the below documents in order for us to assist further with this request.

Affidavit
And **** of purchase for the handset (you can get it from the store where the phone was purchased)
