Un-Blacklisting

i have blacklisted the device then when i called in aske the agent what is the procedure to UN-blacklist the device then agent said to me they need certified ID and an affidavit and i did exactly how the agent advised me,then when called i again asking if they have all the documents in order the agent (Thabile Shangase) said to me she wont assist me due the date for the certified documents they not the same ,one was done on the 22/08/2018 and the other 23 /08/2018 but the first agent i spoke to never told me that and me going back to the police station would inconvenience me and the website its written ( Yes.
