UN-AUTHORIZED insurance leaving my account by MTN (Lebo - Mtn fourways)

Hi there

I app**** for a phone at MYN fourways

They approved, and I took my phone.

The lady that attended to me by the name of (Lebo - ********** - Mtn Fourways) Used my bank details to apply for an insurance for someone else. I noticed debits started leaving my account for someone else’s insurance This started two months ago.

I complained nicely about it and she said she was gon fix it and refund me my money I called the insurance company and they confirmed it happened.

It’s been two months now and I see it hasn’t been fixed So I have reduced to pay for any installments moving forward if they don’t fix it My reason for reporting to you guys is They need to refund me every insurance money taken from my account so far.

And stop this in authorized ******** act!!

Finally : immediately after my application at MTN fourways, as if this wasn't enough. i started getting series of messages and calls from car dealerships asking me to rate their services and also telling me my application was declined. funny thing is i did NOT apply for any damn car nor motor insurance. and also Ackermans sent me a message saying my application was declined. apparently my documents was used for this as-well immediately after this crisis. my number 1 suspect is LEBO, cus this has never ever ever happened to me before until after she made that mistake with my bank details.
