I did an early cancellation of my mtn contract in March 2015. They promised it was done. Debit orders have not gone off my account afterwards till Dec 2015. No one seems to care on to what has happened as its inconveniencing myself and my personal bank account.will some one who cares and know what they are doing attend to this please as I have been holding on the phone for more than 18 min in the morning allready
