*****ulent upgrade and sim swap

I am very disappointed with MTN shem their ************* Consultants it’s a month now someone did an *****ulent upgrade and they did a sim swap with my number 🥲 worse the person was using my number, the number that is linked with my banking profile and it’s my business contact number I have tried several ways for them to reactivate my number and knowing them coz they are greedy they will want me to pay for something I did not use. I really don’t understand how the sim swap was done without biometrics that’s simple shows We are not safe with MTN the reason why I made my number a contract it’s bcos I was avoiding ****mers little did I know that it will still happen even if you are on contract. MTN should really do security check for their consultants because I know they paying good salaries just that they hire *****sters that furnish company name. I have lost so much money tjoooooo shem m disappointed
