*****ulent Stop Order

MTN has *****ulently try to debit money from my bank account. Their ***** department has confirmed that there is no services loaded against my ID number. When trying to speak to the collections department , my calls get dropped. Trying to reach them through their stupid AI driven Whatsapp help line proves to be totally useless as there are very limited options available to choose from. I am seriously considering opening a case of ***** with the South African Police Service against MTN as help with my issue is nowhere to be found.
