I honestly dont understand how people do simsswaps on our numbers under your watch. It honestly feels like it's an inside job. Someone did a sim swap on my elderly aunt's numbers and we have been trying to get assistance from MTN. Your call center is clueless and your fb team is lazy and unbothered. One thing I know is the buck should stop with your social media team. My aunt is old and I don't stay with her, I asked your fb team to contact her to get the needed information and they told me they don't call customers. We just need for the swip swap to be reversed but MTN is more worried about not calling their customers.
