*****ulent sim swap

There was a sim swap done on my contract number twice in 3 days apart. This was not done by myself, I gave no permission and is *****ulent.

I’ve been told the first time that this will not happen again as they have flagged my number and will receive any suspicious activity.

Well, it happened again! The ***** department was not able put me through to someone who can give me any answers.

I am very disappointed in MTN and their security measures as this is a result of breach to protect my privacy and which now resulted in financial damages.
