*****ULENT RECOVERIES FROM MTN

In 2016 we cancelled a SIM card we were not using, unfortunately the instruction wasn’t followed through, so I started returning the debit orders. Then MTN handed an instruction to collect funds to a debt collection company. Nobody was interested in our side of the story, so to avoid the harassing calls, we paid the outstanding amount to Saya Recoveries. Now a new company has started harassing us from 7:00am for the same account. Is MTN selling off these recoveries to various debt collection agencies or what??
