On Friday 01/11/2024 i received an sms notifying me my order has been submitted along with a reference number. Shortly after i received another sms notification for a router insurance with Santam Limited. Firstly, i didnt order any router from anywhere. A call i had received the day before, i politely declined. Secondly the SMS was addressing me by my 3rd name. I contacted the call center around 2pm, the gentleman advised i had ordered a ZLT M30S router and the order was done telephonically by a lady. He then promised i would receive a phone call from the devices department before the end of the day but nobody called. If my account is debited for something i didn't order, i will sue you.

04 Nov 2024, 11:34Again this morning at exactly 09:15 i received another SMS confirming that my order has been received. I called insurance department just now and spoke to Noxolo who tells me i callex on Saturday and reinstated my insurance policy. She cannot cancel the policy because they will have to pull up call recordings for Saturday where i allegedly called in and reinstated the policy.
