22 January 2023, I renewed my contract online on MTN's website. Suddenly Mondo hacked my application as Naidoo did not mention that he was from a third party. Before and upon delivery (07/02/2023) the information was about MTN. However, after I have signed the MTN document, the following day, correspondence was made through Mondo. I Called MTN on the 10th to get an explanation and there was no explanation other than that, I was told should call Mondo for cancellation. Mondo said, I may submit the phone to the nearest store (08/02/2023) and they could not help me but they referred me to the nearest town and no help (10/02/2023). Monday (13/02/2023), I called Mondo to arrange a DSV carrier for phone collection and they collected the phone (17/02/2023). They played delay tactics to buy time to disqualify me for the cancellation period. Since March, monthly MTN attempted to charge me a ridiculous cancellation fee. It's been six months, without justice being served.
