*****ulent MTN contract upgrade.

A service champion by the name of Jeneviva Pillay has upgraded me into a contract that I had not approved of. She gave me a call and I informed her that I was late for work she should rather call later. She said she just needs 2 minutes I can just put my phone on a speaker. I then dropped the call. Few minutes later, I kept receiving smses regarding my upgrade. I even received an email. I had to contact customer service to enquire as I was confused. Thats how I got to learn of her name.
