*****ULENT Me2U charges

After years of good service, MTN pulls a fast one. My mother (a pensioner) recently received charges on her account for Me2U to two numbers unknown to everyone in our family. These charges amounted to over R6000 which was brought to MTN's attention. She had to go to the police station to get an affidavit regarding the *****ULENT charges on her account, then to the bank to reverse the *****ULENT charges on her account, which by no means of the imagination was a tedious exercise. Now on top of the above headache, MTN has suspended her account and my mother has no means of communication for any emergencies that might arise. This is utterly ridiculous that there is *****ULENT activity within MTN and the elderly must suffer. Not sure why we receive OTP's as I have witnessed that MTN employees can proceed without the OTP that was sent to her phone, which totally bypasses the control.
