I would to express my sincere disappointment received from MTN, they contracted me for 24 months instead of 12 months. When I am noticing for cancellation which I was told I can do it anytime as long as I'll pay up for my router they now say the is a penalty fee for noting them which is also a new information to me. For a high branded company like this I am not satisfy with hoe they handle their contract to me this feel *****ulent you can't contract someone based on lies.
