*****ulent contract in my name at MTN

Opened a case of ***** with MTN following someone getting a contract in my name with my ID number and yet without having to supply any accurate information or documentation to do so. Despite me submitting the required affidavit and ID (more than the person who opened the contract was required to do) on 22/11 and following up with numerous emails to Nqobile NOTHING was done except another R1389.52 was taken from my account. 23 days later I’m told they’ll investigate and I need to follow up to see what the feedback is. MTN, can I get my money back and have the debit orders cancelled that I still keep having to reverse at my cost!!!!? Talk about not taking ***** seriously, or helping to perpetuate it? #insidejob
