Reference with MTN: RCO493547. I signed up for a cell phone contract with MTN Mondo which was R289,00 as advertised on the website, however when I spoke with a consultant was told the contract is R300. I asked for my spend limit to be capped at R0.00 as R300 is al I was able to and prepared to pay. It was confirmed telephonically that spend limit IS capped at R0.00- I would not pay more than R300 for my contract- this was confirmed by consultant 3times over that call. February I was billed R2700, March R8000. I have been battling since 07/03/2024 for a manager to call me to resolve the issue. The contract was issued under false pretenses. the information provided was false. I have requested that Prevarsha Naidoo who is the floor supervisor on number: ***. Since Tuesday 27/02/2024 I have spoken to, Trevek, Phumzile Cele, Phindile Silinda and Musa Mdlazi who have all escalated my matter to Prevarsha Naidoo who has still NOT contacted me back with a resolution. THIS IS THE WORSTE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED
