*****ulent Contract

On the 29th of January 2022 A contract was upgraded *****ulent with my details, I tried calling numerous times until an agent called me directly to ask if I'm renewing my contract and I said no!!! But funny enough it was processed how I don't know, you guys are so ***********, you sent one time pins very useless, contract was upgraded without it. Last night R2600 was debited from my account and that person who upgraded did a cash payment method because I wasn't going to accept the mandate. Sent emails to their ***** department and provided relevant documents. Today when I contact MTN I'm told to call NUDEBT!!!!!!
