I am writing to formally dispute a second MTN contract that was *****ulently opened under my name on *02 July 2026*.

*Contract Details:* - *Legitimate Contract:* Taken on *01 July 2026* - for a Mi-Fi router only. This is the only contract I authorized. - ******ulent Contract:* Taken on *02 July 2026* - I did NOT authorize this contract.

*Issues to be resolved:* 1. *Unauthorized Contract:* A second account/contract was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. 2. *Unauthorized Credit Check:* A credit check was performed on 02 July 2026 without my consent. This constitutes ***** and a breach of POPIA. 3. *Agent Misconduct:* The agent in question was only exempted/authorized by me to apply for a Mi-Fi router on 01 July 2026.

I want to cancel the contract , but they are taking me from Pilar to post.
