Horrible experience at Cresta MTN. A *****ulent contract was opened in the shop by one of the employees, I then started seeing debit orders on my account. Made numerous attempts to get assistance from store manager and sent through to mtn complaints with no assistance. Now they’ve taken that account to vericred of which I have been harassed and when you call Vericred, shocking customer service. It’s been over a year trying to resolve this but Marvin and his team don’t seem to understand the seriousness of this issue.
