*****ULENT COLLECTING OF ADDITIONAL VAT INCREASE EVEN AFTER IT HAD BEEN REVERSED BY COURT

I phoned this morning 11th July to enquire about my contract of remaining months. Thereafter I enquired about my monthly susceptible which has now increased even though I had signed a contract for the said amount. The consultant told me that even though the VAT increase for consumers was reversed MTN IS STILL COLLECTING THE INCREASED VAT MONTHLY WHICH IS *****ULENT AND BLATANTLY COMES DOWN TO *****ING MILLIONS FROM SUBSCRIBERS MONTHLY! I find this absolutely unacceptable! Even when explaining this to her she INSISTED THAT MTN WILL BE CARRYING ON CORRECTING THIS ADDITIONAL VAT PERCENTAGE MONTHLY! I am fuming.
