*****ulent cellphone contract application

Good day can somebody help. On the 19 December 2023, i received a call from another service provider saying they suspect ***** because my number has been sim swapped and somebody is applying for cellphone contract and they stopped them. My MTN number was sim swapped on the 15 December 2023, and on the 19 December 2023 a contract was sent to me saying i app**** for a cell phone contract with MTN. i went to their shop to report this and indeed they verified the contract as i printed it and provided in the shop, i reported ***** as it was not me who took the contract, and they opened an enquiry. Mind you their call center knows nothing about this contract when i enquire, i remember one lady from the call center said she is 100% sure i do not have a contract with MTN and because calls are recorded you can check. Its as if people working there are working for different companies. MTN shop gave me a company name that made the contract, which is RewardsCo and a username used or employee username is NGULE_A. I called RewardsCo to ask why they opened the contract and got no answers, instead i got this *** and also the lady said i need to email *** which i did and the ***, since they rep**** they will escalate the matter. I called MTN ***** department which was worse, terrible, they open enquiry immediately the enquiry send email as complete the ref: ***, ***, ***. Because no one is able to stop the ***** contract i saw the package was being delivered to DSV, i again called DSV to stop the delivery because already called MTN to report ***** and they should know the package was ***** so they should not deliver, the lady said she will escalate and to stop it and gave me ref: ***. I thought now problems are gone they wont deliver. This morning 22 December 2023 i get a call from DSV saying my package is ready the number they called with is ***. This is terrible as frustrated as i am i call MTN ***** again ref: *** no help. A ***** suspect could easily got the package but i reported the matter days before.
