*****ULENT CANCELATION FEES

MTN South Africa I am at my wits end with MTN. I emigrated months ago and have been trying for 6 months to cancel my account with them, but they insist that I am in a contract, despite me having written confirmation from one of their sales consultants that I am not, and them not have a signed contract from me for 24 months. I called on 15 different occasions, and have emailed 13 times to the retentions email address to resolve, with nothing to date. This is *****ulent and extremely frustrating. I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAINT WITH the info regulator and CGSO. Be very aware of *****ulent cancelation fees from this company!!!!
